C)RSM3/1-F weft insertion warp knitting machine with chopper device
This high-performance machine was developed for the manufacture of biaxial composite structures. Nonwovens bonded by purely mechanically plain overstitching can be produced in the combination of textile fabric/unbonded chopped glass strands/parallel weft/filler thread in one operation only. Weft insertion not in line with the stitch courses as well as variable insertion curve design ensure achievement of high masses per unit area.

D)RSM3/1 Biaxial warp knitting machine
This style features a Raschel knitting machine with parallel weft insertion operated with three or, in some applications, with two guide bars. Stretched weft and filler threads interlaced, normally of high-strength polyester yarns in layers of 90° and/or 0°, give the fabrics their own look.
