UD Tape 1400 Thermal Plastic Tape Production Line (unidirectional prepregs)
Roving frame: 12 channel steel 120x80 square pipe welding, air expansion roller, brake belt, tension bar and other 400 ingot sleeve.
Yarn Let-off: one rubber roller and one mirror roller with diameter of 375mm, 7.5KW frequency conversion of main motor, filaments seprate reed, 4 transition rollers with diameter of 127mm, and 2 cylinders with diameter of 200x50mm. Wallboard 30 mm.
AFT: automatical (glass) fiber(roving) placement
Melt Extrusion: 90/33 twin screw 50KW, hydraulic changing melt filter, 1350mm die head,(H250 hard tooth surface reducer, with frequency 50KW each one driving), extruder heating (extruder area 55KW, die head 76KW, 160x500mm cylinder 2pcs).
Composite Area: wall panel 30mm iron plate welded and formed, diameter 450mm mirror roll 4, 1KW gear motor 2 (11KW frequency converter), 160x50mm oil cylinder 4, 2 oil station.
Flat Calendering: Wallboard 30mm iron plate is welded and formed, one rubber roller with diameter of 375mm, three mirror rollers with diameter of 375mm, three guide rollers with diameter of 127mm, two 7.5KW reducers (7.5KW frequency converter), one electric cutting device, and one metering counter.
Winding: 12# channel steel is welded and formed with 6mm iron plate, with a 40kg torque motor (2 sets of 120 worm gear reducer), 2 sets of penumatic shafts with a diameter of 152mm(1 set of punching joint and 2 pairs of self-unloading chuck)
