 The seller shall furnish the services of English speaking technicians to supervise the erection and the running-in of the supplied machines. 
 The labour costs for the sew-off are included in the order confirmation price as far as the assistance of the buyer will be sufficient, the necessary raw material of good quality will be put at the disposal in due time and the supervision is realised within 6 months after putting the equipment at disposal ex works of the seller. The quality of the yarns and utilities must be according to the seller’s specifications. 
 The supervision of erection and sew-off is included for a maximum of 2 working weeks per machine. 2 additional working weeks per machine are included in case ancillaries are included in the order confirmation. Working hours for the Sellers technicians caused by loss of time for which the Seller is not responsible will be invoiced at 100,00EUR/hour. 
 The buyer will foresee at his costs: 
 oversea and inland transportation (if FOB or FCA) 
 proper storing, handling and unpacking of the machines
 appropriate buildings for the installation of the machines (recommended temperature: 20 to 25 °C, relative humidity: 65 to 70 %) 
 raw materials and utilities in sufficient quantity and quality in due time 
 local manpower, erection equipment, cranes with conductors and tools necessary for erection and running-in 
 separate electrical circuit to connect the lighting circuit. Lighting may not be connected to the same electrical circuit as for the machine, to avoid interference 
 qualified tufters, erectors and maintenance people 
 install the creel according to the MTC guidelines 
 after erection and before the arrival of the start-up technician, the collector board must be fixed in position, the bobbins must be installed on the creel and yarn threaded down through to the jerkers, if installed.

买方将自费预见:
海外和内陆运输(如果FOB或FCA)
正确储存、处理和拆包机器
•适合安装机器的建筑物(建议条件温度:20至25°C，相对湿度:65至70%)
原材料和公用设施的数量和质量都是充足的
·当地人力，安装设备，起重机，导线和工具需要安装和磨合
•单独的电路连接照明电路。照明设备不能与机器连接在同一电路上，以避免干扰
·合格的涂布工、安装工和维修人员
