Warp let-off device:Every set of yarn let-off device is controlled by EBA system.

Oil supply:Heating device,through air circulating heat exchange device to cool down, pressure lubrication feeding and oil spray, equipped with anti-dirty alarm filter.
Optional: Water processing heat exchange device to replace air heat exchange device.

Characteristic:
This device uses a crank linkage, and equipped with the oil line forced pressure lubricationsystem and oil temperature control system. Electronic let-off, electronic traction andautomatic technology are used to ensure the efficient production and simple operation ofthe machine.
Easy operation and high efficiency tricot machine with touch screen interface  are mainly used in apparel and upholstery fields for the production of stretch and non-stretch fabric, e.g. sportswear, lingerie, tulle, velvet, velour, super plush, automobile interiors, etc. Tricot machine electric controlled system makes the operation efficient and accurate. By the application of a brushing device that can create the loop on the fabric from the warp-knitted terry towel machine.  

Tricot machine application of carbon bar can reduce the weight of the material and prevent the deformation of the knitting elements, which finally increase the machine production.  Fine gauge up to E32 with the mono yarn 12D make very light and soft tulle. Tricot machine EL devices make patterns changing extremely convenient and faster.
