--Payment Term: 30% of contract amount be paid by T/T in advance within one week after contract is signed.
--65% of contract amount be paid by T/T within one week before shipment. Also can accept the irrevocable letter of credit at sight.
--Balance 5% to be paid by T／T in one month after acceptance is acknowledged and qualified fabric is produced (but not late than three month after installation is completed).
Delivery Time 180 working days since down payment is received.
Packing large parts wrapped in several turns of films, small parts boxed in wooden crate, each packaged is numbered and packed to easy loading/unloading and installation purpose.
Warranty Period 12months since date on which commissioning is finished,Quantity and Quality Guarantee
a.Insurance company and shipping company will be responsible for any quantity and broken issue of the goods, but buyer should file the claim within 30 to 50 days since the goods reach the destination port.
b. Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 months since date on which the commissioning is finished保质期：自调试结束后12个月
During this guarantee period, JUWU will provide spare parts without any charge for quality problem caused by us. for the malfunctions by incorrect operations, JUWU will provide the spare parts at cost price.
c. Long-term service:
JUWU will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.

4. After Service
Technical Documents
Technical documents, drawing and manual for directing the civil work, operation, and maintenance, production recipe will be provided by seller.
Arrangement for Inspection, Installation and Testing Work
a. After all machines are delivered to customer’s factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, labors and cranes, etc.
b. The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer when visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g.visa formalities, meals, accommodation.
c. Seller provides turnkey service to buyer, is responsible for layout design and erection of production line at customer site, production line commissioning, operation training to line operator. Seller will paints the mechanical part of the line into color which buyer like when the installation is finished.
d. Buyer is responsible for providing workshop，when Seller set up the platform, buyer will do needful collaboration, utility facility like water, electricity, compressor-air.
