Technical Data
1. One set steel platform
Steel frame for feeding,dosing ,spinning, cooling, drawing, web froming and other equipments, including operating platform, handrails, stairs, etc. The steel square shall be designed, manufactured and installed on the buyer's site;

2. Feeding system

(檔板改气压阀门新型設計,保證吸料不中断不跳機,上料系统最高點距地面,不超過10米)主料最大吸料能力:每一套上料系统最大吸料能力为450kg/hr:包含吸料真空泵,真空缓冲罐,料斗,吸枪以及吸料管路采用可编程触摸屏控制的吸料自动控制装置;吸料管路采用不锈钢管路+高强度软管;采用7.5kw的真空泵;
三组份加料料斗,包含两个添加装用于添加色母粒;(每個料槽需加装低料位控制)自动吸料控制。主料斗可储存原料50公斤,底部留一泄料口,能把主料斗内之原料完全泄掉。组分一/二/三色母料斗可储存添加剂为15公斤,底部留一泄料口。

每个纺丝箱体均能将熔体对称等压地进行熔体分配,熔体管线均采用复式套管,采用导热油加热,导热油炉加热功率48KW最大加热温度为250度配备了方便更换组件时用的专用工具和吊运装置采用200cc的计量泵,每组计量泵由同步电机驱动。每一电机驱动一只减速箱,传动轴和一台纺丝泵。泵速连续可调,生产最高速度35RPM最高机械40转/分。每台电机5.5KW。箱体和熔体管线均配有优质保温材料,箱体外部温度不高于60度。
纺丝组件每台两套,一用一备。每套组件包括分配板多层不锈钢网,随机每台配送10片滤网,喷丝板每米6000孔。喷丝孔长径比4;1,孔径0.45mm,256mm宽板。

6 单体抽吸装置 2套
风道采用冷作管路制作,包含排到室外的管路,抽吸风分配均匀。配变频电机,节,风机功率5.5KW

7 冷却、牵伸装置2套,,双峰40万大卡冷冻机组
采用双面送风的冷却方式,冷却风窗在更换组件时可以移开。
冷风最大送风量,10000立方米/小时,加冷水控制阀,冷风温度和风闭环控制。
牵伸器:分为牵伸通道,扩散通道,移动装置,连接法兰,优质不锈钢制作,有调牵伸气流最大流量:10000立方米/小时,空气温度20+/-2度,压力10-15KPA抽吸风总量:12000立方米/小时,空气温度15-25度。包含所有的管路和保温。

8 成网机专为承接丝束而设计包括含導热油加热的预压辊
精密加工的坚固钢架。(成网机設针為铺板式平台支撐利於穿网帘接頭)1 条移动带,适合原布规格。两带每台2条(用一备一),网带采用双线双孔接头。一组经过平衡处理利面处理的运转导辊,具自动对中和连续调整张力功能。1套抽气系统,与钢结构架结合设计。网透气度12000-15000m3/m/h。抽风风机速度可调。总风量:12000立方米/小时,变频器采用西子变频器。 包括2套抽吸风及送、排风管路,抽吸风排至室外。

9 温度控制:日本 RKC 品牌。
原料挤出机的加热及各区温度控制过滤器的加热及各区温度控制。熔体管线和箱体的加热及温度控制。纺丝机的加热及各区温度控制。仪表:
含温度控制器,包括温度上限/下限报警。压力传感及控制器等。

10 电气控制系统和软件 ,关键的电气控制元器件采用进口外,继电器,接触器等采用优质的中外合资过 3C 认证的电气材料以保证电气系统的可靠性,如未专门提出,变频器一律采用ABB变频器,采用触摸屏(国产)和软件形成设备的中央控制系统。买方只须提供三相四线进线电源到卖方提供的控制柜接口即可,所有设备内部的连接均方负责。动力电缆均采用优质铜质电缆有合格证。卖方提供的控制柜:含系统控制柜及以下主要设备:驱动电机控制:主挤出机直流电机调速,由压力变化自动控制螺杆转速的模式,具有过流,超速等的保护装置。变频器调速的纺丝泵AC马达5.5Kw。交流调速的网带、AC马达与热轧机,卷取机同步。抽吸、牵伸风机的变频驱动控制。变频器调速的冷却空气系统用AC马达。

11 双辊热轧机,热轧机的电气系统包含电气驱动、速度联动控制、通讯、温度控制、急停保护装置等全套的控制系统可以被主机中央控制系统控制,同生产线联动。在卖方提供的中央控制系统界面上要有对热轧机的控制功能。轧点压点面积以布样。

12 卷绕机:1套(采用本企业最新设计)电器配套,可以被主机中央控制系统控制,同生产线联动。成品卷直径:可以达到1500mm 以上。最高卷取速度:250m/min。最高机械速度300m/mino可以设定长度,全自动换卷(可选加分切机)采用进口无杆气缸的横切装置,横切速度1.5m/s;
