North America’s show for technical textiles and nonwovens
The eleventh edition of North America’s only dedicated show for technical textiles and nonwovens will be held May 13 - 15, 2014 at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA.Techtextil North America assembles all vertical aspects of the technical textile industry. From research and development, through raw materials and production processes and finally ending in conversion, further treatment and recycling.Held in conjunction with the exhibit hall, is the Techtextil North America Symposium which will address market developments, technological information, new technical processes and products, as well as international industry trends.Make your plans now to join the industry for three days of education, networking and business development!Traditional material innovation via textile composite area, and promote wider application level and application,It is the future development trend . Effective Properties of Textile Composites,An effcient approach to the evaluation of effective elastic properties of plain weave textile composites using the Mori-Tanaka method is presented. The method proves its potential even if applied to real material systems with various types of imperfections including the non-uniform waviness of the fiber-tow paths, both along its longitudinal direction and through the laminate thickness.Influence of the remaining geometrical parameters is accounted for by optimal calibration of the shape of the equivalent ellipsoidal inclusion. An application of the method to a particular sample of the carbon-carbon composite laminate demonstrates not only its applicability but also its effciency particularly when compared to finite element simulations.
