100% Cotton Spunlace Nonwoven Production Line
It is degreasing first by means bleached cotton or gray cotton spunlaced first then degreasing,here informaiton for bleached cotton as following :
Suitable mostly for 1.5D-2.5D 10-38mm length ,30-120gsm cotton spunlace fabric production 60m/min 200kg/h.

Production Precess
A. Cotton fiber beinning
Disc bale plucker (2) →2 in 1 magnet (1) → transfer fan (1) → cotton mixing machine (1)→condenser (1)→ fine opener (1) - iron bridge (1) →transfer fan (1) → fire avoid device (1) →open and continue feeding system (1 set) → carding

B. carding and lapping
Pneumatic hopper  (4) → high speed carding (4) → cross lapping (2sets, parallel in) → flexible conveyor (2) → drawing machine (1) → spunlace

C. spunlace  part
Feeding pre-humidifier (1 set) → three rotary waterjet machine (1 set) → padder machine (1 set) → four drums oven → winding machine

D. Auxiliary parts
Water collecting tank → water supply pump → water supply pipe → high pressure pump → high pressure hose
recycle water→ air-water separation barrel→ suction fan→ return pump

E. The recycle water treatment
1). Steam floatation → sand filter → metal mesh filter  → single bag sand filter → water cleaning tank → medium pressure water supply pump
2). The sand filter backwash water recycle and treatment device shall be constructed by the user with two underground water storage tanks of about 100M3
