Highlights
The suction ,dosing and mixing device adopts accurate and reliable inverter control with automatic alarm for exceeded material level.
The screw extruder adopts a high- precision helical gearbox and tri-closed loop electric control to ensure high precision ,high reliability, high safety and long service life.
The melt manifold , heated by electricity and wrapped with insulation material , features short melt flow distance and automatic control of heating and temperature retaining.
The spinning die is of integral slot structure with a special melt distribution cavity to ensure even melt distribution.The integral spinner et is adopted to achieve uniform filament distribution.
The quenching system adopts double -sided symmetric blowing structure with multi - layer rectifying devices fixed inside the air duct.
Drawing is carried out in the slot type duct,in which filaments are drawn by airflow.The slot gaps of both the lower drawing duct and the diffusion duct are adjustable.
The web forming unit comprises the main drive ,a travel belt,a frame,a suction duct,a correcting device ,a tension device,etc.
The suction duct and the diffusion duct are separated with the surroundings by the action of a brush and a sealing roll so that they are controlled independently to meet different process requirements.
The advanced automatic control system is adopted for the whole line.The industrial computer is used to monitor and control all the process flow; PLC is used to control the whole line; Profibus system communicates with various inverters of the screw extruder ,spinning machine,web forming unit,calender,winder,etc as well as the temperature modular of the production line through a communication board.
The control system can display the process flow diagram of the production line and all the settings and measured values of the process data (screw temperature,melt manifold temperature ,temperature in each section of the spinning die, rotary speed of a metering pump, speed of the web forming unit,speed of the calender, process parameters of air conditioning required by spunbond system and parameters of the hot air system required by the spinning process of the melt-blown system )as well as the alarming values for all the control points.It can also display the diagram of the historic process trend and printout historic process data.
