Hydroentanglement system as following for your reference:
A. Waterjet frame: 1 set
1. The frame materials are all welded with 200*150 stainless steel square tubes and stainless steel plates, and the connecting plates are all welded with stainless steel plates. Spray paint on the surface.
2. The rack is equipped with 5 installation positions of waterjet head, equipped with waterjet head hanger, pneumatic lifting.
3. Stainless steel cloth guide roller and motor base are installed on the frame.
B. Pre-pruning machine: 1 set
1. The frame is welded with stainless steel square tube and stainless steel plate, and the connecting plate is welded with stainless steel plate. Spray paint on the surface.
2. The net belt deviation correction adopts air bag type pneumatic automatic correction mechanism.
3. The driving roller and rectifying roller are rubber roller, while the tensioning roller is steel roller. The transmission adopts frequency conversion motor, gear reducer and stainless steel synchronous belt pulley, and the motor power is 3KW.
4. Under the drum, there is a pre-spilling head, made of 304 material.
5. Polyester net width 2700mm, mechanical tensioning net belt.
C. Sleeve or Pattern drum machine :2 sets
1. The first drum is equipped with three waterjets, one of which is low pressure , and the pressure is less than or equal to 4MPa. The second pattern drum is equipped with three spitting heads, the pressure is less than 12MPa.
2. The drum core of the garden is made of 304 stainless steel and polymer materials. The diameter of the mesh is Φ515mm.
3. The drawing tube and its support are made of stainless steel profiles.
4. Transmission adopts frequency conversion motor, gear reducer and stainless steel synchronous pulley transmission, each power is 3KW.
5. Two nickel mesh sets and one steel wire mesh for drum. Wire mesh and nickel mesh are interchangeable.
D. Water jet head :6 sets(with waterjet cartridge)
1. The nozzle is made of stainless steel and sealed by water pressure.
2. Safety filter is installed inside and pressure gauge is installed on the side.
3. One round low pressure pre-piercing head and six 4-12MPa square piercing head.
（一）水刺主机架：1套
1. 机架材料全部采用200*150不锈钢方管和不锈钢板焊接,各连接板均采用不锈钢板.表面喷漆。
2.机架上设有5个水刺头安装位置，配好水刺头吊架,气动升降。
3.机架上安装不锈钢导布辊和电机座。
（二）预平刺机：1台
1.机架全部采用不锈钢方管和不锈钢板焊接,各连接板均采用不锈钢板.表面喷漆。
2.网带纠偏采用气囊式气动自动纠偏机构，
3.主动辊和纠偏辊为橡胶辊,张紧辊为钢辊,传动采用变频电机加齿轮减速机及不锈钢同步带轮传动，电机功率3kw。
4.园鼓下方配一个预刺水刺头，304材料。
5.聚酯网宽2700mm，机械方式张紧网带.
（三）.园鼓水刺机:2套
1.第一园鼓上配有3个水刺头,其中一个低压水刺头，压力≤4Mpa，。第二园鼓上配有3个水刺头，压力≤12Mpa。
2.园鼓鼓芯全部采用304不锈钢材料和高分子聚合材料，网套直径Φ515mm。
3.园鼓拉管及其支座采用不锈钢型材。
4.传动采用变频电机加齿轮减速机及不锈钢同步带轮传动，每台功率3kw。
5.转鼓镍网套2只，转鼓钢丝网1只。钢丝网和镍网可以互换。
（四）.水刺头:6套
1.水刺头采用不锈钢材料，水压密封型式。
2.内部安装安全过滤器，侧面安装压力表。
3.圆形低压预刺水刺头1个，4—12Mpa方形水刺头6个。
