Peel Ply Fabric are placed against the surface of the laminate. They are woven from Nylon or Polyester yarns, which are very strong and have good heat resistance. Release Peel Ply Fabric films impart a smooth, gloss finish on the cured laminate and are easily removed. Peel Ply Fabric leaves an impression of its weave pattern and as resin absorbed into the porous fabric during the cure, they are more difficult to peel off the laminate. Their function is to provide a neat & clean surface, particularly where secondary bonding, painting or finishing is required.Peel Ply Fabric is a porous Nylon Release Fabric. It can be used directly against laminates or bond lines Identical to Peel Ply Fabric apart from the addition of a colored tracer yarn along the warp direction of the fabric for ease of identification on the cured lamination. This is particularly useful when working with very large moldings which are typically found in the Wind Energy, Marine Industry & Huge FRP Structure where secondary bonding could be compromised should any release fabric be inadvertently left behind on the laminate will release from most commercial resin systems Selection of widths from 50mm to 1500mm - 100, 200 and 400 Meters length - Inner Core Diameter 1" to 3" as required, Packed in a Shrink Film to protect against dust and moisture.
